Welcome to CBT & DBT Resources!

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) have both been proven helpful for eating disorder recovery. Often CBT and DBT are done with a therapist or in an outpatient program. I was fortunate enough to be able to attend a program for my own bulimia and binge eating behaviors, but I understand that not everyone has the time or money to be able to do so. Therefore I have linked the CBT and DBT tools that helped me in my own recovery below, for you to access for free. If you would like a self-guided workbook that walks you through these tools, and explains how they can assist in your recovery journey, I have made one here (Coming Feb. 2025).
